I had such a wonderful experience at Aurora Dental! From the moment I arrived, Ed at reception made me feel so welcome and at ease — his friendliness really set the tone for the visit. I booked in for a hygienist appointment after being petrified from bad experiences from other dentists, both private and NHS. Dr Sanjeev and Dental nurse Amy assured me the whole way through the process. I am autistic, and struggle massively with new environments, people and have really difficult experiences with no sensations. The dentist spoke through every single part in detail, I asked Amy and Ed so many questions! (Mainly about their teeth as they had amazing teeth!). I had needed a filling for some time, and I instantly booked in for a filling. They got me in for the same day, and I was in for over an hour due to nerves and anxiety around dentists and needles. I couldn’t recommend these anymore than I have in the above. They went above and beyond. I left feeling thrilled that I have had a new experience, and that I can finally trust a dentist with my teeth. I will absolutely be returning for other treatments for cosmetic reasons.

I am terrible with visiting the dentist it’s a big fear of mine and I needed a tooth extraction which terrified me, however when I got to Aurora Sharon made feel really at ease and the whole process was really smooth the tooth extraction was absolutely fine I didn’t even feel when the tooth came out! I also had a scrape and polish which wasn’t booked but Sharon made time for which I really appreciated and again no pain at all! It made me want to book my next appointment rather than dread it! Would definitely recommend!!
