Staff were very helpful. Dentist explained everything and was very reassuring. Was impressed that they called me the following day to check I was ok after my extraction and came back to me later to answer a query about aftercare.

From the moment we stepped into Aurora Dental, the experience has been outstanding. The atmosphere in the surgery is calm, clean, and welcoming, a true reflection of the genuine care and professionalism that the entire team brings to their practice.

Dr. Sharon has a wonderfully warm and reassuring manner, and her team mirrors that same caring approach. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly, which made a huge difference especially for my children. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to communicate in a child-friendly, gentle way. My children were understandably nervous about their appointments, one even needed an extraction, but the way Dr. Sharon handled it was incredible. She took the time to build trust, explain each step in an easy and relatable way, and created such a positive experience that both kids now actually look forward to their regular check-ups (and their complimentary hot chocolate!).
