Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly, which made a huge difference especially for my children. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond to communicate in a child-friendly, gentle way. My children were understandably nervous about their appointments, one even needed an extraction, but the way Dr. Sharon handled it was incredible. She took the time to build trust, explain each step in an easy and relatable way, and created such a positive experience that both kids now actually look forward to their regular check-ups (and their complimentary hot chocolate!).

The level of detail, patience, and genuine care shown at every appointment has been truly impressive. Treatments are never rushed, and it’s clear that patient comfort and understanding are top priorities. You never feel like “just another appointment” it feels personal, professional, and exceptionally well-handled.

This is my first ever review and felt compelled to share my fantastic experience with the team at Aurora Dental and especially the professionalism of Dr Sharon Showker. A friend recommended Sharon as I was looking to get my porcelain veneers replaced after 35 yrs of careful care, so understandably apprehensive about replacing them. However, from the initial phone consultation to the final fitting four weeks ago I have been extremely impressed by the dedication and perfectionism of Sharon and the team. I had several sessions to select and trial my perfect smile before my old veneers were removed and teeth prepped for the new ones.

By way of explaining Sharon perfectionism, she would take time to ensure we were both happy with alignments, shading and natural shaping of the new veneers - something which I valued in this process.
