Which

General dentistry treatments are available in Solihull?

We provide a wide range of general dentistry treatments which enhance the health of your teeth. Popular treatments include:

Dental check-ups

You should see your dentist every 6-12 months for a general check-up. This ensures that we can keep an eye on your oral health and spot any potential problems. Any issues can be dealt with quickly.

Dental hygienist

Dental hygienists focus on keeping your mouth clean and free from tooth decay and gum disease. They provide a scale and polish to get rid of tartar, give key information about brushing and flossing techniques and can help deal with staining to teeth and halitosis.

Dental crowns

If you have broken a tooth or if you have a cavity which is too large to be repaired by a filling, you will need a dental crown. A crown is also needed if you have a bridge or have had root canal treatment. A dental crown fits over the top of your tooth which gives strength and protection.

Dental bridge

A dental bridge is a way to replace a missing tooth or missing teeth. A false tooth fits in the gap and is bonded to the natural teeth on either side of the gap with a crown. Dental bridges are an ideal option to replace a missing tooth, but you will need to have healthy teeth on either side of the gap.

Dentures

Dentures are another way in which to replace missing teeth which is essential to protect the health of your remaining teeth and gums and to protect your bite. A denture is made up of an acrylic plate that sits over your gums and contains either a full set or a partial set of false teeth.

Root canal treatment

If you get an infection inside your tooth through either decay or injury, you will need root canal treatment. Root canal treatment or endodontics cleans the root canals inside the tooth to eliminate the infection.

Emergency dentist

Dental emergencies can be a traumatic experience. Whether you have a chipped or knocked-out tooth or a broken a crown, our professional team will deal with all problems quickly and efficiently.
